I am a full-time student and provider. As much as I would love to work every day, I need to separate work and home, too. The days available for sessions and courses are limited for a reason.
Refund policy/canceling
Refunds are not available. Instead, I will work with you to reschedule, even if that means working on a day that previously was not available. Please try to contact me as soon as you can to reschedule.
2. Zoom
I use Zoom for all my video sessions. It is a requirement when you purchase my sessions. Please make sure you will have access to Zoom prior to purchasing.
Please make sure you are in a quiet area with good internet connection. Please also make sure you are logged in and ready in a timely manner so we can maximize our time!
3. Availability
Availability is set by me. I work on it 3 months in advance. The times listed are the only times available. If I add any more dates last minute, I will announce them on my social media.
4. Ethical and Moral Guidelines
I am committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful learning environment for all clients. Mutual respect is a non-negotiable part of working together. The following guidelines outline expected conduct and behaviors that will not be tolerated.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
Sexual harassment, including unwanted comments, jokes, advances, flirtation, or suggestive remarks
Verbal abuse, intimidation, or threats
Bullying behavior, including repeated negative, demeaning, or hostile communication
Discriminatory remarks related to sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic
Inappropriate messages, images, or content sent via email, text, social media, or any other communication platform
Attempts to blur professional boundaries, including personal or romantic advances
Clients are expected to:
Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times
Act with courtesy, dignity, and respect
Maintain appropriate boundaries during all sessions, communications, and interactions
Follow all policies related to scheduling, payment, and participation. Tutoring sessions are strictly professional. Any behavior that makes the tutor feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected will be considered a violation of this policy.
Consequences of Policy Violations
If a client violates this policy, Ashlynn reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include:
Issuing a warning
Ending a session immediately
Terminating the tutoring relationship without refund
Blocking future communication or services
Reporting behavior to appropriate authorities if warranted
